We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Shipping and Handling

We offer free USPS Priority mail shipping for all orders withing the United States, As Well as International Shipping via USPS First Class International Mail.

We offer free upgraded Insured UPS Signature Delivery for all Solid Gold Orders for your peace of mind and to protect your purchase.

Shipping and processing times:

It can take from 4 to 12 Business days for the costumer to receive his order.

Notifications:

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed. Processing can take from 1 to 2 business days.

 

Return Policy

We wil accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the costumer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 30 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchange after 30 days from thereceipt of original order. Items must be returned with all Sajma Jewelers tags still attachedand must be in their original packaging such as boxes and dustbags.
