Returns and Exchange Policy

We will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered

and free of damages by the costumer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 30 days

from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchange after 30 days from the

receipt of original order. Items must be returned with all Sajma Jewelers tags still attached

and must be in their original packaging such as boxes and dust bags.

Our Company policy towards returns is open but we do have some restrictions that apply to some of our  products. Our decision is based on the following  factors:

• Resized items to fit the costumer (such as rings)
• Earrings (due to Hygiene and Sanitizing Standards)
• Customized items

If your return fits our regulations we will be more than happy to give you a full refund as soon as the products had been checked and approved by our jewelers ( Please have in mind that some Financial institutions take a from 3 to 5 business days to be posted in your account).
